Frequently asked questions
Orders for those on our mailing list will begin August 1st, and will be advertised widely on August 11th. We will be offering a limited amount of packages, so you will want to be sure to secure your package in advance.
Orders for Fall 2026 will go live in August, and you will be able to place your order online at that time.
Our packages are limited, so you will want to place your order as soon as possible to reserve your delivery week.
We are currently serving Bulloch and surrounding counties. Surrounding counties include:
Candler
Effingham
Emmanuel
Evans
Jenkins
If you live in another county close to Bulloch County, email us at hello@southernstyledpumpkins.com, and we’ll let you know if we can make this happen for you!
Deliveries made in Bulloch County are free of charge. If you are located in our surrounding counties list, a delivery fee will be added when you select your package.

Yes, when purchasing your package, you will be asked which week you would like for delivery to occur. We will email you the day before your delivery, so you will know when to expect us at your home or business.
No, you do not have to be onsite for design or delivery. We will email you the day before your delivery with an approximate time that we will be onsite. If you have any special requests or instructions, you can let us know at that time.
Yes, we would love to help create an inviting atmosphere for your business or special event (think open houses, fall festivals, etc.)! If you have a special request, fill out our contact form or email us at hello@southernstyledpumpkins.com, and we will get you pricing.
Yes, we will send an email the day before your delivery. If you have any special requests like decorating your backyard, courtyard area, surrounding a mailbox, poolside, etc., you can let us know at that time.
Yes, we can work with your existing decor!
We do our best to provide our clients with the highest quality pumpkins, but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. With your package, you will receive a packet of Cayenne pepper that you can sprinkle around your pumpkin set-up. This tends to help keep the critters/animals away.
All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you need to transfer your package to another person or address, please contact us via email, hello@southernstyledpumpkins.com.
Transfers or changes must be made within the same season as the original order.
Yes, you will be able to select "Removal + Disposal" as an add-on item when shopping on our site.
Yes, we will accept cash, check, and Venmo payments. Please use our contact form or email us at hello@southernstyledpumpkins.com with the package and any additional items you are wanting, and we'll get an invoice sent your way.
